MY STORY

Meditation has changed my life but if you told me that 10 years ago, I probably wouldn’t have believe it. As a kid growing up with ADHD and who had trouble sitting still, focusing, and sleeping well, it sometimes still shocks me that I get the opportunity to guide others to find stillness, focus and freedom within themselves. I’m living proof that anyone can meditate, it just takes the right guidance and consistency. My mission is to not just lead you through one powerful meditation, but to support you in building a practice that can grow with you for the rest of your life. I’ve now had the opportunity to guide CEOs and interns, Fortune 500 companies to startups, NBA players to 8-year-olds and I’m so excited to be your guide as you deepen your practice, connect to stillness, and experience deeper freedom through mediation.
